Preema Aura Shipping Policy

Welcome to Preema Aura. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

Shipping Options and Rates

●      Free Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

●      Express Shipping: £9.95 charge and delivery within 2-3 business days.

Order Processing

●      Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

●      Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping provider's website.

Delivery Issues

●      Lost or Stolen Packages: Preema Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

●      Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Preema Aura is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform you of any delays that may affect your order.
