Preema Aura Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Preema Aura. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, our returns policy is here to help.

Returns Eligibility

      Time Frame: Returns must be received within 28 days of the original purchase date.

      Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Include Documentation: Attach the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping: Return the item to Preema Aura, Avenfield House, 118-127 Park Lane, London, W1K 7AF. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

      Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

      Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@preema-aura.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
