I was the victim of an unprovoked violent attack in broad daylight, which had a profound and lasting effect on me. It was 3pm on a sunny afternoon in Notting Hill, London, when a total stranger punched me in the face, stole my bag and left me needing major surgery. In that one moment, life as I knew it changed.

I no longer had the confidence to be on my own, to go places or do things I wouldn’t have given a second thought to before. I’ve worked hard to overcome my fears and am so grateful for the love and support I was so lucky to be surrounded by in my time of need.

In a world where there is so much hurt, we need to do all that we can to lift each other up and that’s why I want to pay it forward and help someone else in their time of need. We will be working with Victim Support (Registered charity number: 298028), a charity close to my own heart. With your support, the vital funds that we raise from each purchase, will go directly towards helping those who have been victims of crime and traumatic incidents.
